Steel adjustable hinge M16 with rectangular mounting plate is a reliable solution for professional hanging of gates and swing gates. Thanks to depth adjustment in the range of 52–72 mm, it allows precise correction of the gate leaf position both during initial installation and during subsequent operation — without the need to dismantle the structure.
Adjustment is carried out using the nut on the M16 thread, which enables quick compensation for thermal stresses, gate leaf sagging or natural settling of fence posts. This represents real savings in time and service costs for installation crews.
Construction and materials
The hinge consists of a galvanised mounting plate with dimensions 100 × 55 mm and thickness 4 mm, a bolt with M16 thread and a cast fork bracket (U-type) with a pin of diameter Ø12 mm. The whole assembly ensures high mechanical strength, wear resistance and durability in outdoor conditions.
