The hinge requires no welding – it is screw-in.
The hinge consists of two main components — a U-shaped bracket with ball-bearing pivot axis and a mounting plate with holes for bolts. Both elements are connected by an adjustable threaded rod, which allows for smooth spacing adjustment and alignment of the gate leaf relative to the post. The plate mounting is secured with two socket head cap screws, ensuring a reliable and stable connection to the supporting structure. Post-installation adjustment of the hinge is possible.

Application and installation
The hinge is primarily intended for swing gates and garden gates in residential, industrial and public building fencing systems. The M16 thread adjustment allows for gate leaf levelling without dismantling the entire hinge — simply loosen the lock nut, set the desired position and retighten. For installation teams, this means shorter installation time and the possibility of easy correction in case of post settlement or gate geometry changes after prolonged use.
The mounting plate with socket head cap screw holes enables installation both directly onto steel posts and onto additional anchor plates — making the hinge compatible with many types of fencing structures. The ball bearing eliminates metal-to-metal friction, resulting in trouble-free and quiet operation throughout the service life.
