Adjustable S Roof Hook 450 mm for PV Panel Mounting – Stainless Steel 1.4016
Adjustable S-type roof hook designed for mounting photovoltaic panels on roofs covered with ceramic or concrete tiles. The built-in height adjustment compensates for irregularities in the roof truss — even with an imprecisely built roof structure, the hook allows precise levelling of the mounting rails for solar panels.
Compensating for truss irregularities
The adjustment feature built into the hook is used to compensate for deviations and irregularities in the roof rafters. In buildings where the truss was not constructed with the highest precision, this is the only way to prepare a stable and level support for the horizontal mounting rails. This allows the installation team to efficiently mount the rails without the need for additional levelling components.
The hook is made of ferritic stainless steel — a material with high resistance to atmospheric corrosion, ensuring long-lasting durability of the fixing in outdoor conditions. The installation method is analogous to non-adjustable hooks — the hook is mounted directly to the rafter, and the desired height is then set using the adjustment screw.
