Steel adjustable long M16 hinge with circlip-type protection is a durable suspension element for swing gates and garden gates, designed to operate in outdoor conditions. Thanks to the M16 thread with adjustment nut, it enables precise positioning of the gate leaf both during installation and after completion — without the need to dismantle the entire structure.
The hinge construction is based on galvanised steel, which guarantees effective anti-corrosion protection and multi-year durability even in harsh atmospheric conditions. The hinge ear remains in black (non-galvanised) version. The circlip protection prevents the pin from sliding out of the socket, which increases operational safety and eliminates the risk of spontaneous connection disconnection.
Post-installation adjustment is particularly useful when the gate leaf load changes over time or the post settles — simply loosen the nut and correct the gate position. The permissible load capacity for a pair of hinges on a gate leaf 2 m long is 65 kg.
