ASSA ABLOY DC120 – Surface-Mounted Door Closer EN2/3/4, Bronze

The ASSA ABLOY DC120 surface-mounted door closer is a reliable solution for controlled door closing in residential, office and public buildings. The adjustable closing force in classes EN 2/3/4 allows the device to be matched to doors of varying size and mass — a single model covers a wide range of applications, simplifying warehouse logistics and eliminating the need to select multiple variants.

The door closer is fitted with a scissor arm (linkage arm), which allows compact installation close to the door frame and a neat appearance once fitted. The bronze finish of the housing and arm blends perfectly with dark doors and classic interior designs.

Adjustment and installation

The EN 2/3/4 class means the closing force can be adjusted, allowing the door closer to be used on doors with a leaf width of up to 1100 mm. Surface mounting on the door leaf allows for quick installation without the need for routing — simply screw the body to the door and the arm's foot to the frame. This is a significant time saving for installation teams handling larger orders.

Application

The DC120 door closer is ideal wherever automatic and quiet door closing is required — in office buildings, retail premises, residential block stairwells, medical practices or educational facilities. The versatility of the EN 2–4 classes allows it to be used on both light internal doors and heavier building entrance doors.
