The 3-roller trolley for suspended sliding gates is a precision-engineered running component designed for suspended gate systems operating on a 60×60 mm profile. Fitted with two steel rollers and one plastic roller, it ensures smooth and quiet operation of the entrance gate at a maximum load capacity of 200 kg.
The trolley body is built on a robust galvanised steel angle bracket, ensuring high corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance in variable weather conditions. The ball-bearing-mounted rollers minimise rolling resistance, resulting in effortless and reliable gate leaf movement — even under heavy loads.
Design and Operating Principle
The trolley comprises three rollers with a diameter of 51 mm — two vertical steel rollers guide the gate along the lower flange of the support profile, while the third horizontal plastic roller stabilises the gate leaf laterally, eliminating side deflection and vibration. This arrangement provides reliable three-point guidance within the 60×60 mm profile.
The mounting base with slotted holes allows adjustment of the trolley position relative to the gate leaf, facilitating precise alignment during installation and subsequent correction during use.
