3-roller trolley for suspended sliding gates — a precision-engineered running component designed for use with a 60×60 mm guide profile. The construction, based on two steel load-bearing rollers and one plastic guide roller, ensures smooth and quiet gate operation, even under intensive use.
Durability and Weather Resistance
All metal components of the trolley are manufactured from electro-galvanised steel, providing effective corrosion protection and significantly extending the service life of the component. The load-bearing rollers are mounted on ball bearings, which minimise rolling resistance and guarantee years of reliable, trouble-free operation. The third roller — the guide roller — is made from plastic, providing additional stabilisation of the gate within the track and dampening vibrations, eliminating unwanted noise during leaf movement.
