A high-quality 3-roller carriage designed for suspended sliding gates, compatible with a 50×50 mm load-bearing profile. The precisely engineered construction features two steel rollers and one plastic roller, ensuring smooth, quiet and trouble-free guidance of the gate leaf. Construction and Materials
The carriage body is made from electro-galvanised steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting protection against adverse weather conditions. The two load-bearing rollers are steel, mounted on ball bearings, which minimises rolling resistance and ensures quiet operation. The third roller — a side guide roller made from plastic — serves a guiding function, additionally dampening vibrations whilst protecting the profile from scratches.
The maximum load capacity of the carriage is 150 kg, making it suitable for use with the majority of popular suspended sliding gates found in residential and light industrial construction.
