180° hinge for glass mounting made from stainless steel AISI 304 with satin finish — component designed for professional mounting of glass structures in flat system. Enables full 180° glass opening (90° in each direction), allowing unrestricted design of partitions, doors and glass enclosures without opening angle limitations.
Durability and corrosion resistance
The hinge body is made from high-quality stainless steel AISI 304, guaranteeing long-lasting corrosion resistance — even in high-humidity environments such as bathrooms, swimming pools or shower enclosures. The satin surface finish effectively masks fingerprints and dirt, maintaining aesthetic appearance with minimal maintenance. Technical drawings show surface roughness Ra 1.6 and Ra 3.2 — confirming precise mechanical machining of components.
Screw-in mounting — flat system
The hinge is mounted to flat surfaces using the screw-in method with M8 thread. This method ensures high connection strength, easy installation and potential disassembly — without requiring specialist equipment. The slotted hole in the body allows glass position adjustment within 9 mm range, facilitating precise glass panel positioning during installation.
Glass compatibility
The hinge is suitable for mounting glass panels with thickness from 6 mm to 10.76 mm, covering both single-layer toughened glass and popular laminated glass (VSG). This means one hinge model works in various configurations — installers don't need to stock separate variants for different glass thicknesses.
