Starflex P60 ceramic fibre disc is a high-performance abrasive tool designed for professional working of stainless steel, titanium, castings, bronze and nickel and cobalt alloys. Ceramic grain with P60 grit provides aggressive material cutting whilst maintaining long service life — enabling installation teams to efficiently prepare steel structures, remove welding seams and clean mounting elements without frequent disc replacement.
The disc performs excellently in both rough and finish grinding — effectively removing rust, burrs and weld irregularities. The ceramic abrasive layer self-sharpens during work, resulting in consistent grinding performance throughout the entire service period. Maximum operating speed of 80 m/s allows full power operation with standard 125 mm angle grinders.
