Star Flex FS971 ceramic fibre disc in P80 grit is a high-performance abrasive tool designed for professional machining of stainless steel, titanium, castings and nickel-cobalt alloys. The ceramic grain ensures aggressive yet controlled material removal, significantly reducing grinding time compared to zirconia or aluminium oxide discs. The 125 mm diameter disc is mounted on standard angle grinders with backing pad. The 22 mm central hole with cross slots facilitates centering and secure mounting on the spindle. Maximum permitted peripheral speed is 80 m/s, allowing safe operation even at high speeds.
