Perforated plate timber connector PP 9 80x200x2.0
Description
Perforated Steel Galvanised Plate PP 9 80x200 mm – Flat Timber Connector
The perforated plate 80×200 mm is a versatile flat connector designed for joining timber structures where the lateral faces of the connected elements lie in the same plane. With 40 mounting holes of 5 mm diameter evenly distributed across the entire surface, the plate enables both simple and complex carpentry connections. The smooth surface finish allows the connector to be used on the inside and outside of the joint.

Perforated plates are typically used in pairs, fitted to both sides of the joint. They are an indispensable component when assembling roof trusses and all timber connections requiring reinforcement. Made from DX51D + Z275 steel sheet with a thickness of 2 mm, the plate delivers high mechanical strength whilst remaining lightweight. The Z275 zinc coating provides effective corrosion protection, making the connector suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
