Square aluminium tube 30×30×1.5 mm is a versatile closed section with a square cross-section, manufactured from EN AW-6060 T64 aluminium alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38). Thanks to its excellent strength-to-weight ratio and high corrosion resistance, it is suitable for both structural aluminium applications and finishing elements.
The section, with a length of 2000 mm and a weight of just 0.92 kg, is easy to transport and work with — it can be cut, drilled, bent, or joined to other components without difficulty. The raw, non-anodised surface allows any finish to be applied: anodising, powder coating, or leaving in its natural state.

The EN AW-6060 alloy from the 6xxx series (AlMgSi) is characterised by excellent machinability, high atmospheric corrosion resistance, and outstanding weldability. The T64 temper provides optimum section stiffness whilst retaining sufficient ductility for bending and forming. The section is available in a range covering numerous cross-sectional dimensions and wall thicknesses, making it straightforward to match to a specific project.
