Square aluminium tube 30×30×1.5 mm is a versatile closed section with a square cross-section, manufactured from EN AW-6060 T6/T66 aluminium alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38). Thanks to its excellent strength-to-weight ratio and high corrosion resistance, it is suitable for both structural aluminium applications and finishing elements.

The section, with a length of 2000 mm and a weight of just 0.92 kg, is easy to transport and work with — it can be cut, drilled, bent, or joined to other components without difficulty. The raw, non-anodised surface allows any finish to be applied: anodising, powder coating, or leaving in its natural state.

The EN AW-6060 alloy from the 6xxx series (AlMgSi) is characterised by excellent machinability, high atmospheric corrosion resistance, and outstanding weldability. The T6/T66 temper provides optimum section stiffness whilst retaining sufficient ductility for bending and forming. The section is available in a range covering numerous cross-sectional dimensions and wall thicknesses, making it straightforward to match to a specific project.
