Rectangular aluminium tube 50×150×2 mm is a robust closed-section profile with a rectangular cross-section, ideal for constructing aluminium structures, frames, load-bearing frames, balustrades, and furniture components. Thanks to the use of EN AW-6060 T64 alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38), the profile combines low self-weight with high rigidity and natural corrosion resistance — requiring no additional protective coatings in indoor applications.
The 2000 mm length facilitates transport and storage, while the raw aluminium surface allows for further processing — cutting, drilling, bending, welding, as well as anodising or powder coating as required by the project.

Applications
The 50×150 mm rectangular profile finds wide application wherever high rigidity combined with low weight is required. The rectangular cross-section provides increased bending resistance along the axis of the longer side (150 mm), making it particularly useful in structures requiring high-rigidity beams.
Easy to machine — EN AW-6060 aluminium lends itself excellently to circular and band saw cutting, drilling, milling, cold bending, and MIG and TIG welding. The profile can also be joined mechanically using bolts, rivets, or angle brackets.
