Cantilever Sliding Gate Trolley Kit with Accessories
Complete trolley kit with accessories – a ready-to-install solution for cantilever sliding gates. The set includes everything you need for the correct suspension and stabilisation of your gate on an 80×80×5 mm rail: two running trolleys, a guide roller with protective end cap, and a guide roller bracket.

Running Trolley
The trolley is fitted with 5 plastic rollers, including one horizontal roller that provides additional lateral stability. The swivel design connects the trolley to the base plate via a pivot pin, allowing it to automatically adapt to the rail profile. Height adjustment via bolts enables precise gate alignment. All steel components are zinc-plated for excellent corrosion resistance. The kit includes 2 trolleys.
Guide Roller with End Cap
A steel component mounted at the leading end of the cantilever gate rail. The end cap provides protection against snow and ice, preventing the rail from becoming blocked in adverse weather conditions. Mounting bolts are included. Zinc-plated, designed for use with an 80×80×5 mm rail.
Guide Roller Bracket
A steel bracket designed for 80×80×5 mm and 70×70×4 mm rails. The rear face features two mounting holes and a rubber buffer. The guide roller engages with the bracket fixed to the gate post, which distributes the gate's weight across a greater number of components and stabilises the gate when closed. This design significantly extends the service life of the running trolleys.
Trolley dimensions: base plate 180×120 mm, fixing hole centres 140×70 mm, overall height 155 mm, roller width 68 mm.

Selecting trolley spacing – the correct centre-to-centre trolley spacing depends on the gate weight and the clear opening width. For a gate weighing 300 kg with a 3.5 m opening, the spacing is 1.35 m, whilst for a gate weighing 450 kg with a 5.0 m opening it is 2.70 m.
